TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERS: All in-stock orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 days after receipt of payment.
OUT OF STOCK ORDERS: We will inform you immediately if we are out of stock of any item.
MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS: Please allow 7 - 10 days on Made to Order items - We ask that you ensure your Measurements are correct - as we can not be responsible for incorrect size garments made to the measurements provided. Please allow for ease of movement. If unsure - Please ask for assistance.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: We offer some Items as a Special Order - these Items are imported from International Companies. Please allow at least 14 - 21 days delivery due to Air Mail delivery times - Customs etc. We ask that you ensure your Sizing/Measurements are correct, as these Items are not covered by our Return Policy. We are happy to assist you with any questions before ordering.

AUSTRALIA: FLAT RATE $15 - EXPRESS POST - Includes P & H.....Contact us if you wish to purchase small items eg: Belt or Scarf or Sunglasses.....we can send payment details by email.
INTERNATIONAL: FLAT RATE $15 - SURFACE/SEA MAIL. Please advise if you require Air Mail/ Registered/Insured.....We are NOT responsible for any DUTY or CHARGES that Customs in your country may apply. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We always declare the correct Item description and value on the customs declaration - please do not ask us to falsify this information!
We reserve the right to invoice you separately for excess costs - including Air Mail, Express & Insurance - as not all costs can be calculated at check-out (due to different shipping Zones and extras requested)
RETURN POLICY: All returns will be accepted on an exchange basis only - Does not include postage costs. Return Postage is your responsibility. You must return your purchase in unworn condition with all Tags attached within 7 days. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number.
Items returned in worn or damaged condition will not be accepted and returned to you. No perfume or deodorant smells - No Exceptions! Unfortunately, we cannot exchange on Made to Order garments or Special Orders.
We do not sell Second-Hand Garments - so this policy is strictly adhered to - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
REFUNDS: In the event that an exchange is not an option - We will issue a Refund - less a 20% Re-stocking fee. This is for the value of the Item only - does not include any original postage/handling fees - or return postage.
SALE PRICES: Sale prices only apply to - STOCK ON HAND - Not Special Orders for Large Quantities or Sizes out of stock
